Job Detail
Expertise in Thai Dishes: Must be proficient in all categories of Thai food (Street Food, Royal Thai, and Regional specialties).

Experience: At least 1-2 years in a 4-5 star hotel kitchen or a reputable Thai restaurant.

Ingredient Knowledge: Deep understanding of Thai seasonal ingredients, herbs, and traditional cooking techniques.

Versatility: Ability to rotate through different sections of the Thai kitchen (Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen/Salad, and Curry Station).

Speed & Quality: Able to maintain high cooking standards under the pressure of a busy hotel service.
