Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement annual marketing plans to elevate the club's position, aligning with operational goals for food, beverage, and events.
• Digital & Content Strategy: Manage social media, website updates, and e-mail marketing (EDMs), creating engaging content to foster brand love.
• Event & Promotion Planning: Plan and execute marketing for special events, seasonal launches, and promotions to drive traffic.
• Partnerships & PR: Cultivate relationships with local luxury hotels, tourism bodies, influencers, and media to increase visibility.
• Campaign Management: Analyze data to optimize paid social media campaigns and measure ROI.
• Operational Collaboration: Work with managers to ensure marketing initiatives align with on-site service and customer experience.
• Budget Control: Monitor marketing budgets and track performance against KPIs.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in hospitality marketing, preferably in beach clubs, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media management, SEO, analytics), excellent communication skills, and creative content creation abilities.
• Traits: Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
