Position : Cluster Sales Menager

Job Detail

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel or resort sales
- Experience in a Sales Manager or Cluster Sales position will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of Wholesale, Corporate, MICE, and Travel Agent markets
- Ability to manage and oversee sales operations for more than one hotel
- Strong skills in sales strategy planning and negotiation
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage sales teams and collaborate across departments
- Good command of English (spoken, written, reading, and listening)
- Willingness to travel and ability to oversee multiple properties
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for service
