Position : Villa Rental Executive
Basic Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, English, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in a third language (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) is a significant plus.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Reservations, Sales, or Guest Relations within the hospitality or luxury villa rental industry.
Skills & Competencies:
• Sales-Oriented: Proven ability to handle inquiries and convert them into bookings with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in managing booking calendars, rental agreements, and guest preferences.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and experienced with Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Management tools.
• Problem Solver: Ability to handle guest complaints or unexpected issues with a calm and professional attitude.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to support international clients across different time zones.
