Our project is entering an active execution phase, with a strong focus on tendering and procurement of construction works, materials, equipment, and services. To support this stage, we are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager with strong knowledge of the Thai construction market (and international suppliers where applicable).
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, tendering, negotiating, and contracting a wide range of construction-related scopes, ensuring optimal commercial terms, quality, and timely project delivery. This role requires a hands-on procurement professional capable of managing multiple packages simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced development environment.

Description
The Procurement Manager is responsible for end-to-end procurement of construction works, materials, equipment, and services for development projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, compliance, and timely delivery. The role covers tendering, contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and ongoing vendor management.

Requirements
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes in construction or development
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills
Responsibilities
Manage procurement across all construction and development scopes, including but not limited to:
• Civil & structural works
• MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
• Architectural works & façade systems
• Interior fit-out and finishing works
• Landscaping, swimming pools & water features
• Elevators & vertical transportation systems
• Lighting systems and lighting design
• Construction materials, equipment, and specialist packages
• Other works and supplies related to civil construction and development projects

Office location: Layan Verde Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Remote work possible occasionall
