Position : Patient Service Officer
Job Detail
• Female, 20–35 years old
• Thai nationality
• Good English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, typing)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual
• Basic computer skills
• Open to feedback and willing to improve
• Experience in a clinic or receptionist role is a plus
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and take care of patients (approximately 90% English communication)
• Prepare bills, process payments, and accurately enter patient information
• Manage appointments and coordinate internally within the clinic
• Maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic
• Refill medical supplies in treatment rooms (needles, cotton, syringes, etc.)
• Sterilize medical instruments and support back-office operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Characteristics
• Light workload but requires attention to detail and discipline
• Clear work procedures and systems that must be followed
• Suitable for someone who works efficiently, learns quickly, and seeks long-term employment
Working Hours / Location
• Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
