Job Detail

We are looking for :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in food & beverage operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role within luxury or upscale hotels

Strong expertise in restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining operations

Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate large, multi-disciplinary service teams

Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, inventory, and profit optimization

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance (HACCP or equivalent)

Guest-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence and experiential dining

Ability to collaborate closely with Culinary, Sales, Events, Finance, and Operations teams

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in English; Thai language proficiency required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outlets and peak operational periods

Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and F&B reporting tools

Professional appearance and leadership presence aligned with a 5-star hotel environment
