Position : Customer Support Officer (Real Estate Developer)

Job Detail
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients and investors regarding projects, payments, and documentation.
• Support transactions: send contracts, invoices, and receipts; track signatures.
• Remind clients about upcoming payments and monitor installment schedules.
• Prepare acts, letters, and certificates for clients.
• Coordinate client requests with internal departments (finance, legal, construction).
• Maintain the investor database and update payment and contract statuses.

Conditions:
• Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB + KPI
• Work format: hybrid (office + remote)
