Position : Reservation Officer (1 English and 1 Chinese)

Job Detail

Reservation (English Speaking 1 and Chinese Speaking 1)
- Handle reservations for English and Chinese-speaking customers via phone, email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Provide accurate information regarding packages, promotions, schedules, and policies
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and Front Office teams
- Update and manage the reservation system accurately
- Confirm bookings, process amendments, cancellations, and special requests
- Prepare daily reservation reports
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Thai national (or legally eligible to work in Thailand)
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) 1 position and Fluent in English 1 position
- Experience in the reservation, hotel, tourism, or entertainment industry.

Benefits
- Salary 15,000 -20,000 THB.
- Commission (Depending on season: 15,000 - 30,000 THB./month)
