About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized team member to support daily office operations and internal processes. You will help keep the office running smoothly, communicate with suppliers, and support logistics for events and team activities. Experience in real estate is not required — we provide all necessary onboarding and training.

Key Responsibilities
Support booth events and night market activations

Coordinate with print shops and promotional suppliers

Assist in organizing internal company events

Research and evaluate local vendors

Negotiate pricing and timelines

Track purchases and office expenses

Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams

Collect and organize information for management

Maintain office documentation and filing systems
