MEP Engineer – Full Time (Villa Construction Site)

Location: Villa Construction Site
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise MEP systems including Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Air-conditioning.

Review MEP drawings and coordinate with civil works to avoid conflicts.

Monitor installation quality and compliance with specifications.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare progress reports and inspection records.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP systems.

Ensure all MEP works meet safety standards and regulations.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 7 years experience in MEP works for villas or residential projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

Able to read MEP drawings clearly.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

English communication is an advantage.
