Hotel with 70 rooms, Pool bar, swimming pool. Locate in chaweng center walk 5 minutes to shopping area.
Position : Reservation Officer
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office operations
Familiar with hotel PMS (experience with Opera is an advantage)
Good understanding of OTA and Channel Manager systems (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia Group)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and service-minded
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
