Position : Wellness & Guest Experience Manager

Job Detail

-Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness, and wellness activities.
-Develop and implement wellness programs, promotions, and packages.
-Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
-Coordinate with therapists, trainers, and external wellness partners.
-Monitor and improve the entire guest journey from arrival to departure.
-Handle VIP guests and special requests.
-Review guest feedback and implement service improvement plans.
-Ensure personalized guest engagement and memorable experiences.
