Position : Learning Manager

Job Detail

The Learning Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies that enhance employee performance, leadership capability, and organizational culture. This role ensures all training initiatives align with business objectives, brand standards, and employee engagement goals while fostering continuous learning and talent development across the organization.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Learning & Development or Training role (hospitality preferred).
• Experience designing and facilitating training programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
