Position : Front Office Manager
- Minimum 2 years Front Office experience with supervisory background
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and service-minded attitude
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Familiar with PMS systems and MS Office
- Able to handle guest complaints professionally and work under pressure
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
