Job Detail

Qualifications: HR & Training Manager – Noku Phuket

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR & Training management within the hospitality industry
3. Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills
4. Excellent command of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
5. Proficient in Tigersoft HR system
6. Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR compliance
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
