Aquella Golf & Country Club boasts an 18-hole championship golf course that will set new standards of golf course conditioning and operational excellence for the region. PCD are a globally renowned golf course design firm credited with some of Thailand’s leading golf destinations, such as Black Mountain Golf Club in Hua Hin and Alpine Golf and Sports Club in Bangkok, along with the redesign of Thana City Country Club on the outskirts of Bangkok. Position : Vacancies
1. Able to use two-way radio and headset for communication
2. Supervise Golf Operations Department in the event Golf Operations Manager is unavailable or on leave
3. Assist in preparing Golf Operations daily and weekly reports
4. Solve Members/Guests issues, complaints, and problems
5. Write incident, accident, and complaint reports
6. Develop, maintain, update, and utilize Members/Guests survey
7. Develop and manage an innovative tournament program, group outings and leagues that service all Members/Guests segments in coordination with Golf Events Supervisor
8. Supervise all positions within Golf Operations Department staff and Members/Guests adhering to Aquella rules, regulations, policies, and safety procedures at all times
9. Supervise all Golf Operations Staff are working to Aquella highest standard and customer service
10. Oversee every position daily logs/sheet of accurate recordkeeping
11. Provide Members/Guests with superior service and performance
12. Provide directions to Members/Guests to the appropriate facility
13. Coordinate with Maintenance on course condition, course setup, and cart rules
14. Ensure golf course, golf equipment, club rentals, cart condition, cart park, driving range, lockers are all organized, stored, and maintain cleanliness of all areas
15. Recommend new way to increase Golf Operations Department efficiency, productivity, quality, service, and safety
16. Provide Golf Operations Staff direction, motivation, encouragement
17. Assist Members/Guests with entering Handicap into our system
* Staging Services Attendant
1. Able to use two-way radio and headset for communication
2. Kindly and politely greet Members/Guests promptly with a warm welcome
3. Kindly and politely send-off Members/Guests promptly with a warm farewell
4. Maintain Staging Area cleanliness and all items organized
5. Organized each golf cart within the Staging Area
6. Ensure Caddies goes through the bag drop tag checklist
7. Coordinate with both Starter and Driving Range Attendant
8. Give clear and concise direction to Members/Guests
9. Ensure no more than 4 golf carts proceed to the first tee
10. Always maintain professionalism in a work environment
11. Be able to perform other duties assigned by Golf Operations Management.
