General Qualifications ;
- Male / Female
- Age 30–35 years (or as appropriate)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in cost control, cost accounting, or inventory control (experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage)

Required Knowledge and Skills ;
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and cost analysis
- Ability to prepare Food & Beverage cost reports
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Comanche or hotel accounting systems will be an advantage
- Good coordination skills with Purchasing, Store, and Food & Beverage departments
