Position : Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Able to work under pressure
- Have a Problem solving skills
- Ability to train, motivate, evaluate professional and support staff
- Recommend, take orders and use up-selling techniques to the guests professionally.
- To assist the Management and oversee daily F&B Service Team operations in the Restaurant.
- Expert communication skill in English
- Able to work in flexible time.
- 2 year experience in hotel, restaurant or related
- Implementing F&B strategies: responsible for implementing F&B strategies that align with the Restaurant overall goals and objectives.
- Quality control and guest satisfaction: responsible for ensuring that food and beverage items are of high quality and that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Good personality, with service, self-motivated and well-organize
