Position : Night Supervisor
2.Strong knowledge of hotel front office procedures, night audit processes, and guest service standards.
3.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle guest complaints and emergencies
4.Good command of spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).
5.Proficient in hotel management systems (PMS) such as Opera software.
