Position : SPA Receptionist
Experience - 1–2 years in: Spa reception Hotel front office Beauty clinic / wellness center.
Language- Thai (fluent), English (good spoken).
Core Skills-
Guest service: Greet and check-in spa guests. Explain treatments, packages, and pricing. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Scheduling Manage: therapist schedules. Book treatments through phone, walk-ins, and online channels Optimize room utilization
Sales Upsell: packages upgrades retail products
Cashiering: Process payments (cash, card, online). Prepare daily sales reports
Administration: Maintain booking records. Manage inventory of spa products. Coordinate with therapists and spa manager
