Position : Ecommerce Assistant Manager

Job Detail

Key Responsibilities
● Implement pricing and allotment strategies across OTAs and direct booking channels
● Support digital marketing initiatives, social media coordination, and collaboration with content creators
● Ensure accurate brand content, photos, and promotional information across all sales channels
● Assist with management of hospitality systems (PMS, OTA platforms, POS, Google Workspace)
● Implement SOPs to improve system workflows and automated reservation processes
● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction
● Assist with B2B contracts and agent pricing strategies
● Coordinate with reservations, reception, and management teams across multiple properties
● Support day-to-day resort operations when required

Requirements
● 3–5 years experience in hotel front office, reservations, ecommerce, or tour operations
● Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems and OTA platforms
● Interest in digital marketing, online sales channels, and brand communication
● Excellent Thai and English communication skills
● Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-property environment
● Comfortable living and working onsite in a nature-based destination
