Position : Night Assistant Manager
Able to work night shifts
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and supervise the team effectively during night operations
Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading)
Service-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to handle guest complaints professionally
Detail-oriented, especially in reviewing daily reports and night audit
Familiar with hotel systems (PMS such as Opera is an advantage)
Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle (valid driver’s license is a plus)
Good health and high sense of responsibility
