Job Detail

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage the full spectrum of purchasing functions (without direct managerial supervision)
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor sourcing, price comparison, and contract negotiation.
• Experience in sourcing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) for hotel setup.
• Experience in handling imported goods procurement, with knowledge of import documentation, customs duties, and international logistics.
• Ability to establish purchasing systems, procedures, and documentation from scratch.
• Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management .
• Good coordination skills with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Proficient in procurement systems such as Check SCM (highly preferred or similar)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight pre-opening timelines .
• Good command of English, especially for international coordination.
• High level of responsibility, integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to make decisions and work independently.
