Position : Property Field Verification Officer

Field-based position focused on visiting and verifying properties
Travel across Phuket
Check property details on site
Take photos and videos
Support accurate property records
✅ Main responsibilities
• Visit properties in different Phuket areas
• Verify key information directly on site
• Collect complete and reliable property details
• Take clear photos and videos for review and listing
• Communicate professionally with owners or representatives
• Submit materials clearly and on time
✅ Requirements
• Good English communication
• Ready for daily field work in Phuket
• Own motorbike or car preferred
• Comfortable visiting properties independently
• Able to take clear photos and videos
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Phuket areas is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
