1. ทำความสะอาดและให้บริการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าพักของแขก เช่น ห้องนอน ห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องอาบน้ำ ห้องน้ำ รวมถึงทางเดินหน้าห้องพัก
2. ดูแลรักษาสิ่งของ และอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักแขกให้อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
3. คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือแขกในห้องพัก
