Responsibilities

1. Reports to Managing Director
2. Responsible for Production planning across 2 food production sites
3.Manage budgets, revenue, and cost control
4. Oversea the associated Accounts Receivables and Accounts payables for customers and suppliers
5. Liaise with customers, and suppliers RGF head of sales, RGF head of QA
6.Monitor performance and analyze results to improve efficiency
7.Supervise and lead managers and staff across production related departments
8.Improve systems and optimize operational processes
9.Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company image
10.Coordinate with clients, partners, and senior management
11.Report overall production performance to executives or business owners
12.Having some spoken english ability is essential

Experience
1. Hands on experience for 5 years or more in a similar role in either Manufacturing or a larger Food & Beverage business.
2. Worked with both Thai and Foreigners in day to day business.
3. Degree qualifications preferred but work experience valued most
4. Experience working with excel, accounting/ERP type applications is essential.
5. Familiarity with Thai FDA, and or GM/HP, HACCP requirements
