Position : HR Supervisor (Visa & Work Permit)
Job Detail
STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Supervisor to join our team in Rawai, Phuket. As Phuket’s premier all-in-1 fitness resort, we manage a diverse workforce and require a specialist with a strong background in handling Visas and Work Permits for our expatriate team members.

Key Responsibilities
Visa & Work Permit Management
• End-to-End Processing: Lead the application and renewal process for Visas and Work Permits for all non-resident associates and overseas trainees.
• Liaison: Coordinate directly with the Immigration and Employment Offices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted via online systems.
• Compliance & Budgeting: Maintain close relationships with local authorities and prepare summary records of Visa/Work Permit expenses for yearly budget planning.
HR Operations & Administration
• System Administration: Manage the time attendance system and utilize the Eagle System for daily HR operations.
• Reporting: Ensure all Social Security Office (SSO) and Group Insurance reporting is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and secure personnel records, including leave requests and annual/sick leave tracking.
• Management Support: Assist the Director of Human Resources in daily operations and the formulation of HR and training strategies.
Training & Engagement
• Orientation: Assist with the planning and delivery of the Orientation Program for new "hosts" (team members).
• Development: Help organize reward programs, certification programs, and maintain individual training records in the HR system.
Qualification Standards
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative or HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal), excellent administrative skills, and experience with HR software (Eagle System preferred).
• Personal Attributes: High energy level, well-groomed presentation, and the ability to maintain composure ("Stay Calm") under pressure.
