Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field)
-Minimum 5–8 years of engineering experience within hospitality, villa, or property management
-Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems; familiarity with automation devices and internet systems is an advantage
-Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management
-Proven experience overseeing multiple properties and implementing preventive maintenance programs
-Solid understanding of safety regulations and -compliance standards
-Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented mindset
-Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, maintenance systems)
-Good command of English, both written and spoken
-Flexible with working hours and a strong team player
