**Key Responsibilities**
1. Security Management
Oversee all hotel security operations (CCTV, access control, security guards)
Manage and supervise the security team
Monitor and respond to incidents and emergencies
Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services
2. Risk Management
Conduct risk assessments (fire, accidents, crime, operational risks)
Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
Analyze incident reports and prevent recurrence
3. Guest and Staff Safety
Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees
Handle sensitive situations (guest disturbances, lost items, suspicious activities)
Maintain security standards in line with IHG policies
4. Training and Development
Conduct fire drills and emergency response exercises
Train employees on safety and security awareness
Prepare teams for crisis and emergency situations
5. Compliance
Ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations
Follow IHG brand standards and audit requirements
6. Reporting
Prepare incident and security reports
Analyze risk trends and provide recommendations
Report to the General Manager and regional teams

**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Security, Occupational Health & Safety, Law, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security or risk management (hotel experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good command of English
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
