- Proven experience in managing a Beach Club, Lifestyle Bar, High-volume Restaurant, or Sports venue
- A positive, high-energy personality that fits our sporty, outdoor, and surf-centric atmosphere
- Fluent in English is essential to provide excellent service to our international guests
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; you love socializing with guests and building a community of regulars
- Quick on your feet and able to handle the unique challenges of an outdoor surf-lifestyle venue
