Job Summary

Secondary Lighthouse International School is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Admissions Officer to support student recruitment and admissions processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with parents and students from different cultures, and be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Previous experience in admissions, customer service, school administration, sales, or hospitality is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly personality with a service-minded attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools
- Experience working in an international school environment is an advantage
-Knowledge of social media and basic marketing skills is a plus
- Able to support school events, parent meetings, and student recruitment activities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Main Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective parents and students
- Conduct school tours and explain school programs clearly
- Support the student application and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate admissions records and databases
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
- Assist with marketing campaigns, open houses, and school events
- Build positive relationships with parents and the school community
