Job Summary

The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical works at the site, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Inspect mechanical equipment and systems to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare daily work reports and manpower allocation.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support to the team.
Control and monitor the use of tools, equipment, and materials.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for workers.
