* Proactive in work, with the ability to continuously identify and create new business opportunities rather than waiting for customers to approach
* Highly flexible and capable of solving unexpected problems and managing situations effectively, especially in cases that impact customer satisfaction
* Strong coordination and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and commitments to clients
* Good negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and achieve suitable business outcomes
* Excellent command of English in speaking, reading, and writing
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive to work quality and accuracy
* At least 2 years of experience in Sales
