The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Blue Tree rental spaces. This role ensures smooth coordination between tenants, suppliers, contractors, and internal staff. The Leasing Coordinator handles tenant relations, lease documentation, operations support, and maintenance while adhering to best business practices and sustainability guidelines. This position supports the and plays a key role in managing the operational workflow of the leasing team, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high tenant satisfaction.

Job Qualification;
* At least 2 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or a related role.
* Proven experience in tenant relations, lease documentation, and operations support.
* Experience working in a multi-functional team environment, coordinating with internal departments and external contractors.
* Good command of spoken and written English.
