Job Detail

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
-Proven experience in content creation, especially in luxury, real estate, or lifestyle brands
-Strong creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics, especially for villas, interiors, and lifestyle content
-Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
-Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
-Ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
-Basic skills in photography and videography (villa shooting experience is a plus)
-Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
-Understanding of branding, luxury market positioning, and target audience (expats / high-end clients)
-Ability to plan content, create captions, and manage posting schedules
-Familiar with Phuket locations such as Bangtao, Laguna, Surin, etc. is a plus
-Able to coordinate with agents, clients, and marketing team
-Flexible, proactive, and able to work on-site for property shooting when needed
