Position : Project Quality Control Manager

Job Detail

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction, interior, and customization works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and luxury quality standards.

• Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, material installations, and construction progress to identify defects and non-conformance issues at early stages.

• Support pre-handover inspections, snagging activities, and final quality reviews before villa delivery.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and PMC teams regarding inspection findings, corrective actions, and quality expectations.

• Escalate unresolved quality concerns through the appropriate reporting structure when issues cannot be resolved at project level.

• Review site conditions against approved materials, finishes, mock-ups, and detailing requirements.

• Support the Customization Architect & Design Manager in maintaining design integrity throughout project execution and handover stages.

• Monitor owner customization works to ensure technical feasibility, execution quality, and consistency with overall project standards.
