Position : Service Supervisor

Job Detail

Responsibilities
-Supervise daily restaurant service operations
-Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
-Support and coordinate service staff during shifts
-Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
-Monitor cleanliness and service standards
-Assist with staff training and team motivation
Support management with operational tasks and reporting

Qualifications
-Thai nationality.
-Male or Female, age 25 years old and above
-Minimum 1 years experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
-Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
-Good leadership and communication skills
-Positive attitude and service-minded personality
-Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-Fluent in English.
-Able to work well under pressure and in a team environment
