Hiring: Listing Executive
Are you a proactive networker with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a Listing Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-end properties, expanding our database, and connecting with owners and developers to secure top-tier listings.
*Qualifications:*
• Good command of English and Thai (spoken & written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Prior experience in real estate listing management or a related field is highly preferred.
• Based in Phuket, Thailand.

**คุณสมบัติ:**
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยได้ดี (ทั้งการพูดและเขียน)
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การสื่อสาร และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้อื่น
• มีความรับผิดชอบ จัดการระบบงานได้ดี และมุ่งมั่นที่จะบรรลุเป้าหมาย
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน Listing อสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• พำนักอยู่ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต
