Position : Cluster Assistant IT Manager

Job Detail

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of networking, computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting PMS systems, especially Comanche System.
- Familiar with hotel systems such as POS, CCTV, Wi-Fi, servers, and backup systems.
- Able to manage and support IT operations across multiple properties/hotels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination skills with external vendors and internal departments.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and support team members.
- Able to work under pressure and provide emergency IT support when required.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security or Cloud systems will be an advantage.
- Good command of English communication skills.
