รายละเอียดงาน
- วางแผน ควบคุม และดำเนินการด้านการตลาดและการขาย เพื่อผลักดันยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท

- คิดค้นคอนเทนต์ วางแผนสื่อสารการตลาดผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA) และออฟไลน์

- ติดต่อประสานงาน ดูแลความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าเก่า และเสาะหาฐานลูกค้าใหม่ๆ

- วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค แนวโน้มตลาด และคู่แข่ง เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาแนวทางการขาย

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Sales หรือ Marketing อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ ท่องเที่ยว/ร้านอาหาร/บริการ/กีฬาเซิร์ฟ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

- มีความเข้าใจในการทำความเข้าใจการตลาดออนไลน์ (Digital Marketing) และการยิงโฆษณา (Ads Optimization)

- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง การสื่อสาร และมีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind)

- มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี

Job Description
- Develop, execute, and manage sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Create engaging content and plan marketing campaigns across online channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA) and offline platforms.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales approaches.

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Experience in Restaurant/ Tourism / Sports & Recreation business is highly preferred).

- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and ad optimization.

- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills with a service-minded attitude.

- Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.

- Good command of spoken and written English.
