- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานโรงแรม
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Chief Engineer อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีความรู้ ความสามารถ ในการบริหารจัดการงานแผนกช่าง
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบ ของงานโรงแรม เช่น ระบบไฟ ระบบแอร์ ระบบสระว่ายน้ำ เครื่อง Generator หรือ ระบบอื่นๆ
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก ทำงานร่วมกับเพื่อนร่วมงานและพนักงานได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเอกสารได้คล่องแคล่ว
