Job Detail
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in hospitality, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Skills
• Leadership and team management.
• Strategic thinking.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Relationship building.
• Market analysis.
Desire
• Strong knowledge of hotel/resort sales, especially in leisure and corporate segments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong network with travel agents, corporate clients, or DMCs is preferred.
