Position : Reservation Supervisor

Job Detail

-Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in Hotel Reservations.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Experience in luxury hotels or resorts is an advantage.
Skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, CRS, SynXis, or similar reservation systems.
- Knowledge of OTA and online distribution channels.
- Understanding of Revenue Management principles.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
