Job Detail

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and retail operations.
- Proven leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
- Good business acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management or POS systems.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
