“The Unwind Koh Yor Collection” is a new 57-room, 4-star boutique hotel located on Koh Yor, Songkhla, and scheduled to open in December 2026.
As part of the same hospitality group as Richmann Resort Hotel Hatyai, we are looking for passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using hotel PMS systems and operational software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational emergencies when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- Male or Female, aged 33–45 years (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Resident Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Hotel Manager.
- Experience in boutique hotels, resorts, or lifestyle hospitality brands.
- Knowledge of revenue management and hotel sales strategies.
- Proficiency in English and other foreign languages is an advantage.
