Job Detail

- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in culinary operations
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred, including Kitchen design input & setup, menu creation, costing, & testing, recruitment and training of full culinary teams - Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Thai is highly advantageous for effective team communication and deep local market engagement
- Passionate and willing to learn with positive working attitude
- Creative and forward-thinking mindset
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a team and have a strong work ethic in hospitality industry
- Available to work on weekends
