Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage recruitment, talent development, and employee retention.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Support performance management and organizational development.
• Partner with management to drive people-focused initiatives.
