Job Detail

- Direct Hospitality Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel or resort maintenance (4-5 star properties), with at least 2–3 years in a Assistant or Manager role.

- Advanced Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of all building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, pools, and fire safety) and proficiency in executing Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans.

- Management & Budgeting Skills: Proven ability to control departmental budgets (CAPEX & OPEX), manage the technical team, and effectively oversee external contractors.

- English Proficiency & Crisis Management: Strong English communication skills for professional use, combined with the ability to resolve emergency technical issues swiftly to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Luxury Standards & Sustainability Awareness: A strong service mind aligned with Minor Hotels' standards; prior experience in energy conservation or sustainability frameworks (such as Green Growth) is highly preferred.
