Job Qualifications:
- Female, age 25-32 years. (Thai)
- Vocational certificate or higher degree in accounting
- Min. 2 years experiences in accounting
- Good team player and service minded
- Details orientation, hard-working & fast learner
- Good command in English
- Excellent practice in MS Office (Excel, World, PowerPoint Ect.)
- Good knowledge in business laws & regulations, especially for company
- Good negotiating skill and communication

Job Descriptions:
- Preparing payment and manage account receivable and payable (client, insurance company, agent & others)
- Handling accounting tasks (invoices, receipts, withholding tax ect.)
- Overseeing the whole administration functions (office equipment & maintenance, stationery, printing etc.)
- Bookkeeping bank transaction monthly
- Petty cash, monthly claims, leave record & monthly commission
- Managing office equipment, inventory of supplies and general operations
- Handling all Tax Submissions (PND 1, 3, 53, 54, PP30, 36) & dealing with the Revenue Department
- Handling VAT & Tax related
- Performing related work or reporting as assigned
